What is a Dubai Investor Visa?

Ten-year investor visa

For a ten-year investor visa also known as an investment-based residence visa in the UAE, you need to deposit at least AED 10 million to fund inside the country. You need to establish a company not less than AED 10 million in the country. Or you should be a partner in an existing company with a share value not less than AED 10 million.

Dubai Investor Visa Requirements

You need to provide a copy of your passport, photographs of the application, a copy of the Memorandum of Association(MOA) for a Limited Liability Corporate, Trade license copy, a list of the partners in the company, a copy of the business contract, emirates ID of other partners, bank statement for the last3-6 months.

You also need to provide medical documentation while applying for the visa.

Investor Visa Renewal

If you need to renew the investor visa when the time comes, you can simply pass the medical and submit the respective documentations. However, if you are a business investor contributing largely to the state. You can apply for foreign citizenship.
